1. Requests for Hair Analysis Kit returns

If you have ordered a downloadable hair analysis kit from our website, your satisfaction is backed by a 101% satisfaction guarantee. This means that for 1 year and 1 day you can get your money back for any UNUSED kit that you purchased. If you also ordered a health program support consultation, this will also be refunded at the same time.

Please note that once we have submitted a hair sample to the lab, then the kit is considered USED.

Once we have accepted your return request, the ID that makes your Hair Analysis Kit will be considered VOIDED and can no longer be used. A new one would need to be ordered if you change your mind.

Our online transaction provider allows us to issue returns directly to your credit card or paypal account for 56 days after the initial purchase. If you submit a return request after this time, we will need to send you a money order instead.

Important Note: When you buy a downloadable Hair Analysis Kit from our website, it actually opens an account with us. If after 1 year and 1 day, you do not use the kit then we close the account and the ID for this individual test is considered void and unusable. If you have a voided kit, please contact Customer Service for more information.

2. Requests for Health Program Consultation returns

If you have ordered a Health Program Consultation, have received your final lab analysis report and feel that it is complete enough that you do not need this extra support then this service can also be completely refunded for 1 year and 1 day.

3. Requests for Supplements returns

If you purchased Trace Nutrients supplements or any other supplement DIRECTLY from our site then your purchase is refundable.

Return authorizations must be obtained from Customer Service prior to return shipment of items. Please use our online form (linked below) to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

The RMA number is required to be prominently displayed near the shipping label of the return shipping box. Returns are accepted no later that 90 days from date of purchase. No opened bottles or containers with tampered safety seals may be returned. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are issued once returned merchandise is received and inspected.

Please note that from time to time we promote quality products from other vendors via email subscription or our website. If you clicked over to and purchased directly from one of these websites, then you will need to contact them directly for product returns.
